Low-emission zones in Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent and milieuzones and zero-emission zones in Dutch cities push older diesel cars and vans out of Benelux cities, while the same vehicles are in demand in West Africa and the Middle East. Damtrade buys them from dealers, fleet owners, leasing companies and private sellers.
Each vehicle gets a written condition report with photos, then we arrange de-registration, export plates, customs and shipping by RoRo vessel or container.

Do you buy cars that are banned from Belgian or Dutch low-emission zones?
Yes. Older diesel and petrol cars and vans that can no longer enter LEZ areas in Belgium or milieuzones in the Netherlands are exactly what our overseas buyers want.
Which countries do you ship used cars to?
Mainly West Africa (Nigeria, Benin, Ghana, Togo, Guinea) and the Middle East (Lebanon, Jordan). Other destinations on request.
How are the vehicles shipped?
By RoRo vessel from Antwerp, or in containers with up to four cars per 40ft container. We handle customs and the export declaration.
Do I get a condition report before buying?
Yes. Every vehicle comes with photos, mileage, known defects and service history where available.
